Across time and space due to many failed instances and biased trials law-wise especially in Africa and it sub-regions most specifically Ghana, it has been explained by many that, money is an influence to the application of law at its best.
The narrative in this regard has being that, money is a typical influence when it comes to the use of law in it’s practical sense.
Speaking on KFM television’s Ghana Nti flagship show on the morn of 25th May 2021 was the affable National Communications Director of the Liberal Party of Ghana in the person of Honourable Samuel Owusu Afriyie and the politician cum artist manager took time off to delve into the systematic approach into making law and putting it to a test.
In an excerpt of his submission, he made it known that money does it all right from the start to the end when it comes to law making and it as well takes money to help in it’s interpretation and effective usage.
Mr Samuel Owusu Afriyie also spoke of the fact that, those who have money are able to put law to work effectively or cease it’s effectives depending on where their interest lies adding that as he feels that is the narrative now though it has to change. In as much as this is just the way it is, the prominent political figure louded that “When the system is working, the influence of money is minimized”.
