Woman thou art lifted is an entrepreneurial conference held by the Ayim Adu Ministries which is spearheaded by Rev. Aaron Adu Ayim. It specifically takes place in every month for corporate ladies and women in business. The rationale behind organizing such a conference for women only is due to the fact that, young women face greater constraints, they are sometimes tied between balancing family and work responsibilities, there is inadequate business assistance, administrative, regulatory business frameworks and other socio-cultural factors such as gender intersecting with age resulting in higher impediments to entrepreneurship hence this conference has been designed to form a welcoming spiritual ambience for breakthroughs, simultaneously addressing pressing issues in business operations which focus on tangible steps that allow preparation for greater results when faced with possible challenges in business and in life as a whole.
The conference is mainly opened to the public and approximately thirty to fifty people participate. The attendance has been speculated to increase considerably in the coming months. Counting from June, there have been four power-packed editions with diverse themes such as “Power to Multiply”, “How to add value to yourself etc. The conference has been honored to have awesome speakers like Mrs. Melissa Dotson (Founder of Edifies, New York), Miss Stephanie
Selawe Adenyo (CEO of Havilah Communications) and so on, with a touch of how it has impacted so many lives with incredible testimonies. Conference participants get the opportunity to tap into shared opinions by speakers and also develop the urge to implement recommendations or basic policies in their daily activities. Following a structured process of brainstorming and information exchanges, participants are able to learn key points from each other especially those in similar line of business.
Again, participants get to exhibit their products, the uses and how they could be purchased either in shops or online platforms.
