The CEIBS Africa project established in the year 2008 was launched basically to prepare highly competent and innovation oriented managers and executives who are capable of leading and growing their organisations and businesses in the increasingly dynamic African economic environment.
The goal has always been to raise leaders who are capable of negotiating the forces of globalisation and international competition for the benefit of their organisations and businesses.
In full convincement of CEIB’s ability to replicate, in Africa, the contributions it has made to the Chinese economy through providing access to world class management education to the country, the organisation has a renewed focus on corporate social responsibility in Africa.
In relation to this, the Chinese Europe International Business School has graduated 42 well-equiped women leaders from both the Accra and Lagos Campuses from the Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Africa (WELA) program 2023 with the empowered inclusion of Blondy Otu, the CEO of MAB GROUP, the mother company of several companies including Cluster Solutions,MAB Home Management,Body By Blondy and many others.
The 10th colourful WELA graduation was held concurrently with the 5th owner director programme (ODP) and the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) graduation which comprised 8 and 16 graduands respectively.
Blondy Otu is well known in her academic space for some very much appreciated prestige with a number of educational Honors which include her study in Stragic Business Management at East London College, Business Administration at the Oxford Brooks University, as well as B.A Honors in Human Resource Management at the Dominion University which happens to be an affiliate tertiary institution if Cape Coast University.
She has for a very long time played an instrumental role and has justified her inclusion at the Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Africa program which is a practical,hands-on program that examines the issues, challenges and opportunities women face in creating, engaging and leading companies in Africa. The WELA aims at teaching women how to become effective entrepreneurs and also provides them with the skills on coaching other women entrepreneurs.
Per her great knowledge acquisition in this regard, Blondy Otu is currently known for her powerful employment might as her businesses have given job opportunities to several while her coaching prowess has seen her train several young ladies in both business and lifestyle at its best.
With her mantra “Can Only Get Better”, Blondy Otu Graduates believes everything has the absolute tendency to turn out great if genuine effort and the Christ factor is attached to it.
