Reports reaching the front desk of UrsTruly Praiz News has it that, His Worship Samuel Adjei who happens to be the judge in charge of the case involving the two teenagers alleged to have killed 11-year-old boy in Kasoa has resigned.

Earlier on Wednesday June 2, reports brought it forth that another judge has been re-assigned to the court and is expected to take over the matter and other cases at the Ofaakor District Court.
For a second time in two weeks, the court adjourned the case and it has been revealed by close source of the court that, the second adjournment was as a result of the resignation of His Worship Adjei.
On 4th May, 2021, the court gave an instruction to the prosecution to make available a duplicate copy of the docket on the matter to the attorney General’s office for advice and on that same day, the court ordered the police investigators to establish and present to the court the actual ages of the two teens which had been in contention.
Police prosecutor chief inspector Ernest Agbo then made the court know that in its investigations, it was revealed that, the juvenile Felix Nyarko was sixteen years after records from various schools he had attended were gathered.
The Chief inspector on another indication told the court, their findings indicate the second suspect in the person of Nicholas Kini was a couple of months older than nineteen years.
Family of the 11 year old deceased once told the press they are “disappointed about the snail-pace of the trial”
