It is basically a badge of honor when the very people that were made and developed by a prestigious institution come back across time and space to give back to the same place that presented them with opportunities to powerfully grow and succeed.

A record of such beautiful gesture has been made by the year 2000 group of Aburi Girls Senior High School (AOGA 2000) and this is making waves across the country currently.

On Friday, the 21st of March 2025, a group of senior graduated students of Aburi Girls Senior High School came together in escort with other dignitaries and high profile officials to launch a project dubbed ”The Legacy Project” which seeks to focus on the redevelopment of the school’s high tower in the hearts of the campus as well as the administration block.

The ceremony began with a private session where a contractor designated to oversee the development of the project gave a full explanation on the exact features and new additions to expect after the completion of the project.

Speaking to the AOGA 2000 year group president in the person of Madam Akua Boahemah, she made it known that, the safety of students and teachers are of very high concern and per the evident look of the tower, it will be needful for the right thing to be done as early as possible.

In an onsite interview with Adom Tv And UTV, she also acknowledged the good deeds and initiatives of other year groups of the school and thanked them for always coming through for what deems fit.
