Sarkodie And Akuapem Poloo
It has been few hours of total breakdown of most industry people following courts decision to convict popular actress Rosemond Alade Brown alias Akuapem Poloo.
This comes after the young affable Actress posted a picture with her only son Sonof Poloo on Instagram exhibiting entire nakedness on her part with the clear intention of celebrating motherhood on 30th June 2020 and nothing else.
After seasons of court proceedings, the case was called again on the 14th of April 2021 and for few reasons including the fact that, the actress violated a section of the Constitution, she has been convicted after pleading guilty and is currently in police custody awaiting final judgement which could possibly be a jail term.
This concern has gotten the attention of many colleague celebrities and the likes of singer Efya,Actress cum producer Ama K. Abebreseh, comedian DKB, Activists KOD and A Plus including many others have shared their opinions and as well put forward their plea for Justice to be tempered with mercy.
Earlier this morning, Africa’s most decorated rapper Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie also came through for Rosemond as he shared his opinion and pleaded on behalf of the social media sensation. He said: “I think it’s a little harsh to separate a child from the mum just because of pictures taken … would want to plead with the law to pardon our sister🙏 #FreeAkuapemPoloo“
