Head management of the University of Cape Coast has today, the 14th of April sent their heartfelt condolences to the family of a level 100 student who was killed by an overspeeding vehicle.
By the press statement that has been released by the University, it has been stated that a level 100 student by name Priscilla Owusu Achia in a company of her friends to buy food was knocked down by a speeding vehicle on Saturday, 10th April, 2021.
Priscilla after been rushed to the hospital couldn’t survive after three days of intensive care and was reported dead on Tuesday morning at 11:30 at the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
The University has assured family of full investigation into the matter with Saltpond Police.
