Kwadwo Acquah known to be just twelve years old has practically butchered his biological father who is 60 years of age. This incident happened at Adansi Piposo. The late old man has been recognised as Mr Kwaku Akromah.
Kwadwo Acquah who happens to be a Junior High School student committed this murder with a cutlass out of anger on the basis his mother or father had stolen his GH¢70.00.
Reporting more on this issue the Fomena District Police Commander in the person of Superintendent Albert Nii Ochil told the media that the said the boy first turned his anger to his mother but the machete only landed on her slippers and that is when he descended on his father and fist cut his wrist in an attempt to butcher him.
The late Mr Akromah’s suffering noise got the attention of the very people around who came to his rescue with a herbal first aid medication after which they transported him to the hospital because the remedy could not stop the blood from oozing.
Mr Akromah was reported to have passed on before reaching the CHPS compound they were referred to.
The police Commander in the vicinity has said in a report that the body has been deposited at the Peaceland Mortuary at Adiemera in the Adansi Asokwa District for autopsy.
