The case of the Congolese Judge who was reported to have died out of a heart attack whiles ruling over a corruption case has been landed with another shocking revelation which indicates that he was actually stabbed in the head and Justice Minister Celestin Tunda Ya Kasende has assured the masses that a murder investigation has been instructed and is currently in effect.
Going deep into his death, an autopsy that has been conducted shows that the judge died a violent death as a result of the blows of sharp points considered to be a knife-like objects which were forced into his head and the Justice Minister told more on a reported interview she was granted with.
The Justice minister added that, “Yanyi’s body also showed signs of “toxic substances in non-lethal doses”.
Mr Kamerhe who happens to be the very person in the judgement box has been recognized as one of the very key ex members of President Felix Tshisekedi’s government and has been accused of embezzling more than $50m (£39m) of public funds even though he denies all accusations of wrongdoing.
He is regarded as the most high-profile politician to have faced such charges in the country.
Judge Yanyi’s death has forced government to replace him with another judge for ruling to continue.
