Armed Police and Military personnel from Accra have come together in a joint operation to arrest two spiritualists namely power 1 and scorpion.
The said spiritualists have the name of their shrine as Power 1 Herbal and Spiritual Center. The power house situated at Adu Kwadwo Community near Maame Dede in the Upper West Akyem District was stormed on Thursday, April 30, 2020.
These traditional men were arrested for alleged ritual murder, fraud, and the production of fake currencies in the community,
Reports have it that, the joint armed security team that carried out the operation retrieved remains that are suspected to be that of human bodies and it is believed that these were buried by the spiritualists.
The suspected fetish priests have been matched to Accra in escort with the retrieved exhibits found.
