The Ghana Armed Forces has stepped in to begin investigations into an accidental matter involving a soldier who was reported to have shot a civilian over arm struggling at Ashaiman in Accra yesterday that is Sunday, the 5th of April 2020
Ghana Armed Forces in a statement said, “the civilian was being arrested on suspicion of indulging in illegal conduct contrary to the Narcotics Act”.
