Founder of Power of Worship International situated at Spintex Daniel Amoateng has offered to make available his church premises as shelter for all homeless people during the lockdown in parts of Accra.
This great deed comes after Nana Akufo-Addo addressed the nation on Friday announcing basic restrictions on movements covering the Accra and the Kumasi Metropolis.
Pastor Daniel made it clear that the people who will be given shelter in their residence will be provided with drinks, water, rice and hand sanitizers during their stay.
Daniel Amoateng has also mentioned that telephones 0506442590 and 0249458249 have been set aside as hotlines on which families could contact when in need during the period as their support towards the fight against COVID-19 in Ghana.
This initiative is a good one and has helped cleared the masses intentions about Pastor Brian Amoateng who happens to be the President of IYES Ghana after he received backlashes from Ghanaians over his comments that suggested the church was not responsible for donating hand sanitizers.
Pastor Brian later rendered an apology and said his comments were misunderstood.
